I went in for a routine oil change. They told me it be about 1 to 1.5 hour wait. I told them to go ahead. 45 minutes later they were finished with my car. The gentleman told me they noticed my tires were starting to wear down. He printed out 3 tire estimates and went over the details of each with me. I feel that Bale went beyond just Customer Service. They made me feel like I mattered and my opinion matters.
