I am VERY disappointed at the customer service I recieved when I called about them charging two of my credit cards the same amount for my one night stay! The front desk didn't cancel the card I used on file to reserve the room with the card I gave her when I checked in, therefore they charged me twice for 1 night stay. They told me that they would not release the hold on one of the accounts for 7 days. I'm HIGHLY upset. I talked to two clerks and they told me a manager will be calling me right back. It's been 4 hours, I don't think they plan to call back. 1 star for that.
