Craft Burger is like the little curl with a curl: when it's good it's very good, but when it's bad you can expect long waits, order mix ups, cold food, lost and/or forgotten orders, melted milkshakes and raw burgers. This has happened to either me or my coworkers every time they come to our office complex (there's no cafe here, so we buy out of necessity.) But as I stated earlier, when they're good they're very good. It helps if you get to the truck early; a busy lunch rush makes the quality of food and the customer service go downhill.

A bit of advice guys: maybe start par-cooking burgers and dropping fries before the big rush so you can turn orders faster without the mix ups and raw food. You've been in business long enough to have the kinks worked out by now. You have great food but your customer service issues are going to doom you!
