I'm located at Escala apartments. Yesterday, 10MAY, I left my phone on the treadmill. We searched up and down, but no luck. Fortunately the gym has security cameras in each corner. We called the after hours number to discuss the lost phone and request a look at the cameras. Christie Villarreal, the general manager answered and per my wife, was abrupt and rude. None the less she requested we come in at 0900 this morning when they open. Once the door sign turned we were in the office. This is when i got to experience first hand what my wife had also spoken of.

This person should not be in a customer service role. She had no empathy regarding my lost phone or the to the situation. It was clear she had no desire to helpand expounded that much more by her irritated smirk and lack of providing a solution.

I'm not the best at explaining people, but she should not be in a customer service role such as she is in. Particularly not the general manager. She offered to review the tapes around 3-4 pm, stark difference from wasting my time and requesting I come in at 0900.
