My spouse and I went in to buy a new Chrysler Pacifica. We love the car! The experience with Theo was great. He was knowledgeable on the car and was patient. At the same time though we were there FOREVER and the process was way too long. It was frustrating to try and hear people talk because of the bells and sirens going off every five seconds.

The largest disappointment though was with the finance department. The person was trying to sell extended warranties and gap coverage. We wouldn t agree to any of it so he was talking down to us the whole time after that. He offered us the gap coverage for $2/month so we decided to take it. Then when we were reviewing the contract at home, we noticed he charged us $375 more than what he offered for the gap coverage. We found out that he noticed that our taxes were incorrect which would ve lowered our monthly payment and never told us about it. When we went back in to ask him why he failed to tell us about the tax change his excuse was perception of value which is totally unacceptable (because he just wanted to sell the gap coverage). We just felt totally scammed and lied to. Luckily we were able to cancel the coverage and could get our money back.

We really wanted to give the five stars but can t because of this. Unfortunately we won t be back.
