I am updating my past review because they just resolved my case. I met some of the people that I had spoken with and they were very nice and attentive. I am not giving it 5 stars because I did have to be on top of Preferred to follow up and push for a solution but maybe is because of the whole system and eventually it will get better.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. THEY ARE A MESS. I REGRET SO MUCH CHANGING TO THIS INSURANCE!!!!. I'VE BEEN CALLING ALMOST EVERY DAY FOR 2 WEEKS. IS ALWAYS "LEAVE YOUR INFORMATION, SEND AN EMAIL TO THIS EMAIL" BUT NEVER GET A REPLY OR A CALL BACK WITH ANSWERS REGARDING THE ISSUE WITH MY COVERAGE. FIRST TIME WITH THEM AND HAVEN'T EVEN BEEN ABLE TO USE IT. THEY ARE TRYING TO CHARGE ME FEBRUARY EVEN THOUGH I GOT COVERAGE IN MARCH, AND THEY SENT ME A LETTER AND THE MEMBER CARD STATING "COVERAGE BEGIN MARCH 1, 2015" ...I GOT EXTENSION NUMBERS THAT ARE "INVALID" SO IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT THEM OR SOMEONE ELSE ANSWERS AND THEY HAPPENED TO BE IN LUNCH. I'M SOOO PATIENCE AND I'VE ALREADY LOST IT AND THAT'S WHY I AM WRITING A REVIEW HERE AND WILL WRITE ONE WHEREVER I CAN UNTIL SOMEONE DECIDES TO CONTACT ME AND GIVE ME THE ANSWER AND SOLUTION I DESERVE.
