I was honestly looking forward to meet with Dr. Chynn about LASEK but my experience with a rude an unprofessional receptionist made me reconsider.

When I called the office to cancel my appointment because I wished to schedule a time later in the year, the receptionist was very aggressive and pushy, like a used car salesmen, to get me scheduled DURING OUR CALL. I had to argue with him since I did not want the conversation to drag on longer than needed and when this was finally clear to him, he abruptly goes 'ok' and hangs up. I was not sure if I had heard him correctly so when I called back to confirm the cancellation, he blamed a bad connection for the call disconnect -- had the most uncomfortable and unprofessional experience with the receptionist.
