For nearly two years I worked a series of side jobs and volunteered at a myriad of businesses, hoping and praying I'd meet the right contact or suddenly run across the perfect career path. This left me disheartened, frustrated and lost. Contacting Vicki Lind was my first step in the right direction.

She showed me how to break the job hunt down into manageable steps. Together we clarified my strengths and interests, researched industries that I had never considered before, found events to attend, used LinkedIn to its best advantage and pinpointed specific companies to follow. She told me where I had been spinning my wheels and where my energies would be best spent. I learned that I had been bending myself every-which-way to fit want ads rather than doing the research to find companies matching my ideal work environment, as well as my values. We were able to rework my professionally schizophrenic resume into one that displayed my experience and skills, revealing a capable individual who just might be perfect for the job.

After a lot of work and a few near misses, I got an entry-level position in my dream industry (travel) and finally see a clear path ahead. I love my job and couldn t be more thankful for Vicki s clear directives, advice and encouragement.
