The place looks clean, the music was good, the food was ok and the customer service was horrible. I'm not sure if our waitress Mildred is not trained appropriate to meet the customer service standards or she was just lazy. She took our order, brought the meals but forgot to ask us what we would like to drink, she messed up the orders, we also order potato salad, found a pice of stainless steel scrub in one of them. I ordered a different salad which she totally forgot to bring it, when she asked me if I wanted it I was almost done with my food. I told her about the piece of metal on my friends' salad and she stated that's normal when in fact it's a very serious manner. Will I come back and eat there? No thanks. Do I recommend this place? Not at all.
My only suggestion is use a huge budget to train your employees on customer services training and also training them on food safety course (cross-contamination is one of the process by which bacteria or other microorganisms are unintentionally transferred from one substance or object to another, with harmful effect.
