I started working with George late last year regarding a property I was due to purchase. Unfortunately, the property sale fell through a few weeks ago due to external circumstances. However, it has to be said that I received phenomenal service from George throughout the eight month process.

From the beginning, I found George s manner highly personal, professional and transparent. I had spoken to numerous brokers before opting for George s services and this is because he stood out a mile. He was super polite, knowledgeable and most favourably, wasn t pushy in the slightest. Applying for the mortgage was made super easy- both principal offer and mortgage application were completed within very efficient timescales and I was very impressed at the speed of service.

Throughout the seven months, I called George on numerous occasions, from catch ups/updates to asking for advice, especially when I started to run into issues with the property itself. It s fair to saying he went above and beyond with the time he invested in me being his client... he was always responsive, always friendly and always displayed an empathetic and reassuring manner. It s so important as a client to have this level of service, especially throughout the stressful period that can be purchasing property. I think I was very fortunate to come across George and though it s fair to say Covid 19 has impacted contractors regarding property purchases, I can t recommend his services enough.

George is an absolute asset to the Freelancer Financials team. I think advisors with numerous years of experience under their belt could learn from him- he has a maturity beyond his years and this is reflected within his work ethic. Though this property didn t work out, I will absolutely have George on the forefront of my mind when looking at a future purchase.
