If there was an option for zero stars I would. I do not recommend this hotel at all. This was my first time my family and I were staying in a Hilton hotel and out of all hotels I have been to this is far by the worse. Multiple things went wrong when my family and I stayed for 4 days at this hotel.
1. When we were checking out we were charged with three car fees when using valet parking and an extra $100 fee for something we are not sure of and it took us a total of 45 minutes to figure things out and a call from our own home to receive all our money back.
2. When we were leaving we had a bell boy come up to us to bring all our luggage downstairs and he was very kind asking if we forgot our passport then knowing we lived outside of this country. After we drove home which was an 8 hour car ride and after arriving home we realized that the bell boy stole ONLY THE bag full of $200 worth of medicine that we bought in Canada for our grandfather. We knew it was him because he was the only person who touched our luggage when leaving and before we left the hotel room we checked if we forgot anything and we didn t. Then we called for the manager, explained our situation, and had to wait and after a long time was sent to customer service and after someone picked up they immediately said we were breaking up and hung up the phone and never called back.
3. We used valet parking and realized that our car was scratched on the sides and had to fix it ourselves with our own money.
Their hotel system is a complete mess and all they do is rip you off and steal your stuff. I will never come back to this hotel again nor suggest this hotel to anyone.
