Appalling service - unbeknown to me the initial case handler left without obtaining my signature on a document that was necessary for my case to progress, causing serious delays. Thereafter progress was slow, I hardly ever received updates, despite asking for them and only ever got progress when I submitted formal complaints (which were upheld. The complaints team were actually competent). The inefficiency and incompetence of this solicitor's practice in handling my no-fault accident caused me significant stress, I would never use them again. I'm only posting one star because zero is not an option.
