I unfortunately had to go into OOBE to purchase a laptop charger where I received rude and confusing service. I was shocked at the prices compared to other retailers which were unfortunately not stocked with the charger I needed but as I am a uni student needed a charger ASAP I had to purchase from OBEE. The two sales assistants who were working gave me conflicting information about which types of adaptor I needed, one giving me the wrong information and the other explaining quite rudely that I was wrong and needed to purchase the other type. After purchasing the charger, I was later notified by OBEE that they had actually overcharged me and they had to transfer me what I was overcharged. As someone who works in customer service I was shocked at the lack of regard for basic politeness and poor overall service. I will not be going back to OBEE again and advise that if possible you purchase elsewhere.
