Don't expect any of those people employed by the council to actually help with a problem in any way. From the moment they answer the phone you know you are wasting your time, whether it is the Dog Warden, Footpath Officer, Environmental health, estates, you name it they will find an escape clause to get out of doing what they're actually paid to do, total waste of money. They only good thing about Pendle is it's close to countryside, but they even want to build all over that.
There is not an option to give zero stars, so I'm force to give them 1.
