We just got back from Ft Lauderdale FL Bahia Mar. This stay was even better than my first one in April of course location, the big clean room and ocean view played the role but mainly thanks to the welcoming attitude of the staff and especially - the front desk ladies. I can t say enough good words about Suzanne Beasley professional and always smiling, greeting people on the way in and out, treating guests so right way, sending technician for the fix right away . You feel part of the family and it s the point to come back Amazing concierge Jennifer Morrison so nice, informative, helpful in any choice for idea of the tours-entertainment-directions matters... Very intelligent ladies! Ellen was very helpful to us as well. So my experience is more than excellent. Thank you!
