I tried to give less than a star but it isn't possible . I am from Karnataka and for some personal reasons I settled in Calicut and registered under Distance education. I think this is the worst decision I have ever made in my life by joining the Calicut University. I wanna say that this is the worst University I had ever seen and heard of. The exams will never take place without a postpone or two atleast. All my schedules which I made after day-night efforts and the plans to go gulf even after booking tickets were broken. I can't even make a good schedules in my life. After writing the first sem I long awaited for the results until the 3rd sem is going to be held after 2 weeks. The result came on 01-12-2018 but with a problem. When I tried open the site, it was too busy. Even the SSLC site will not have these kinds of busy or server jams. Me and my friends kept trying to open the site all along the day but got nothing. The next day we got access to the site until reg. no. and captcha. When I tried to submit the information it showed me " the registration no. is invalid or your result is currently not available". I kept trying for days. Kept trying whenever I get free. But all efforts are useless. And today is 06-12-2018 I still didn't get my result. This university needs a lot of improvements. I never suggest anyone to commit these kinds of mistakes in their life.
