I'm a little disappointed in the past department at Baystate Ford I needed a pigtail for my 2012 Ford Escape because the latch in the back wasn't working anymore and I went to the parts department and they pull up a whole shot graph they showed the entire wiring and said I needed all the way from the engine all the way back I said that is a pigtail and with the pigtail that usually have their own part number so I had to go to another Ford in Raynham and as I expected the pigtail did have its own pot number and they were happy to give me that pot so after three visits to Baystate Ford and not been able to get the pot and took one visit to another Ford dealership to get my car fixed
