Moved into 125 College ave building about 4 months...

Moved into 125 College ave building about 4 months ago and couldn't be happier! Floors and bathroom were newly renovated, ample closet and storage space and the view from our huge 25foot balcony is fabulous! The staff was very informative throughout the process of starting the rental agreement. Within days we were signing the lease and moving into our new home! Highly recommend CLV Group
