Received a bill a year after service, after alread...

Received a bill a year after service, after already paying for my services months ago. No explanation or itemization of charges on the bill. I called and they said they had some billing issues and were trying to catch up. I told them that was their issue, not mine. They were not willing to do anything about it, so they lost my business over a $26 bill. Very bad customer service due to their own issue!
