Giving this place only 3 stars because of the poor...

Giving this place only 3 stars because of the poor service. Food was good, coffee was great, but the staff were cold, inattentive and looked like they weren t happy to be there.

Even my 10 year old daughter has this to say about them:

When I needed to go to the toilet and one of the staff came out with the key, she gave my mum a look, rolled her eyes and said in a sarcastic voice, Yeah sure, when my mum asked her for the key. They didnt have smiles and we re not friendly and they were not apologetic when they missed my mum s coffee order.
