I would give it five stars but one employee there ...

I would give it five stars but one employee there stayed on the phone and wouldn't answer when we needed them to pick us up from six flags, left us out there for a hour. Even when I got back and needed assistance she still was on the phone! The hotel was nice, the rooms were clean and roomy, the location is right in the middle of everything. They can train their employees better on customer service
