Was here prior to moving to Ft. Benning. Staff is good at answering all questions. Easy to get initial appointment set, but if you live far away and are driving back, be warned appt to get keys is not as flexible. There are many pros and cons to living on base. We have lived on and off base at different army bases before and this particular circumstances we chose on base. So far we have not had any major issues. The neighborhood management staff is always nice. Google maps did not take us there correctly, we had to call for directions.
