DON'T GET SERVICE AT BALE. I was ripped off by Bale Service department and will never go back. I had my Tahoe in for a tire rotation and all fluids to be replaced. They charged me for tires they did not rotate, and over charged for labor.

I always mark my tires to insure that the work gets done. And guess what? They didn't rotate the tires but it was on my bill. I went in to tell them and the Service desk person said that yes that happens sometimes and they sometimes mark tires themselves because the mechanics don't always rotate the tires. So even Bale knows this is a problem. They didn't have time to rotate the tires that day so they said come back another time and I will also get a free oil change (I just had them do an oil change). I went back the next Saturday and said that I would rather just get a refund for the tire rotation but the service guy said they can't refund money on a Saturday because they do not have a cashier. But of course they will take money on a Saturday. They also had called while doing the service and told me my master cylinder was leaking and needed to be replaced. I trusted them and they replaced it and I can see the plier teeth marks on the nuts attaching the lines to the master cylinder. I wouldn't think mechanics should be using channel locks on nuts. My paperwork lists that 7.9 hours of labor but my Tahoe was not even there long enough to have that much labor time. When I asked about it I was told that they charge for the labor that GM says it takes to do the work even if it does not take that long. So I said, "you are telling me you are charging me for labor time you didn't perform?" and was told yes. And as the other work that was done was replacing fluids (oil, transmission, 4 wheel drive service) I have no confidence that the work was actually done. And the person at the desk told me I should talk to the service tech that wrote up the ticket. I thought I was getting service from Bale, but the way it works is like a bunch of people that have their own interests in mind and not a customer service attitude. I sent an email to Bale to let them know of my un-satisfaction but no one got back to me.
