After being literally taken for a ride by a different dealership (gatewaymotors) I opted to bring my faulty vehicle to city Ford in Alexandria, where I was greeted with a high standard of professionalism and honesty about the state of my vehicle.
Had it fixed properly and now vehicle is running like a dream.
