If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. They are absolutely terrible to their patients, especially the elderly ones. My elderly grandmother was admitted in the ER after she had fallen at her assisted living facility; when we when to pick her up she was completely soaked in her own urine, from the back of her neck to her knees. She was given a pudding up, which was splattered all over the bed because at her elderly age of 97 she is unable to eat by herself, and must be spoon fed. Then she was left unattended.

I would understand if the ER was busy and/or hectic, but there were hardly any people in the ER. I think there were less than 5 people in the entire ER, and the nurses were all at their stations talking to one another, and ignoring the patients. Not to mentions the rudeness of the nurses when you call to check if the patient has arrived or not, and the fact they don't even give patients their discharge papers.

This is seriously ridiculous, unprofessional, and unethical. I don't know who is running this hospital, especially the ER, but they need to reconsider and revaluate the people they hire.
