The service attention is very bad, on Monday the 10th I visited the clinic for some laboratory tests of my mother and they did not have the numbers to contact or the protocol circuit for password authorization.

I went directly to my insurance company Mapfre, to manage my password. I'm back today 08/14/20 and I explained to the same person who attended me that I already had the key, to speed up the management of drawing blood and especially a lady of the third age who should not stay so long where there are so many people.

They do not streamline management, they do not listen to the customer.

I suggest that they have a Manager of attention and service in sight, for one to achieve communication and report these irregularities and can satisfy the clientele.

For my part, I don't go back to where they treat me very badly. Because the security protocol at the door has a lot of approximation since the entrance is narrow and they have the person in the middle of the entrance.
On the other hand, the people at the reception treat people in an aggressive tone, without solving the concerns of the clientele.
