Yesterday afternoon I waited 40 min to speak to a customer service representative for a deal and subsequently missed my banks cut off time for next day transfer to have funds available for the deal.
What kind of a money transfers organisation lets customers wait 40 min on the phone at such a crucial time of the day?! This should never happen and is absolutely appalling and completely unacceptable!
To make things worse, when I then asked for them to make up from this appalling customer experience and acknowledge the payment through me providing a proof of transfer, they declined.
When you screw people at least try to make amends for what has been done.
In addition, when I called to make a complaint and speak to the manager they were "in a meeting" so I was asked to email the complaint through instead...these guys are completely gutless too!
