I have used iEvolve tech support as my IT service provider for a while and was always pretty satisfied with the results. I needed a new server and placed the order a couple months ago prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. Their communication throughout this entire process has been almost nonexistent. All I have gotten from the "project manager" is a couple emails regarding delivery delays. And only got those after continuous harassing of my my sales contact. Once again, she does not respond to emails, does not answer my questions regarding the process going forward despite asking several times and apparently doesn't not do any follow-up with the provider other than checking the shipping status. I'm not sure she even does that be cause there is NO COMMUNICATION. How hard is it to send a email, it takes about a minute.
Addition: This is a repost after the "owner" replied to my original review. It was not the delay in obtaining the computer equipment that was the problem, it was the complete and utter lack of communication no matter how hard I tried The tech support has always been good.
