Since the day I bought my Lexus RX350, I've had nothing but amazing service at Lexus South Pointe.
Everyone is super friendly and always takes a second to say hi or even a minute to talk. They also remember you by name.
When ever I get my SUV serviced, Gary H. is always the guy that takes care of everything. He knows cars inside out and will tell you if something really needs to be done.
Last week I got my car cleaned (presidential package). I had a few concerns when I picked it up and I asked him to be honest regarding my expectations and he was. The few concerns I had were fixed promptly. He's always very polite and in a good mood.
Another thing I like about Lexus is that you are never bored while waiting for your car. I sometimes get on the massage chair, have a snack or even a pedicure/manicure.
I would definitely recommend Lexus South Pointe.
