The Cabela's, in Marysville, Washington, is a joke. My wife purchased a hanggun and, at the time of purchase, she was told she would receive a call, once her paperwork was complete. She never received that call. She had to call 4 times, to actually speak to a live person. At that time, they were able to confirm her paperwork was, in fact complete. It turns out, it was complete 8 days before her call. So, why do you say you're going to call, then you don't? So, we go to pick up the firearm and Chris, was an arrogant, abrasive jerk. We completed our transaction and I went to speak with James, the Assistant Store General Manager. I introduced myself by name and explained our experience. His response was simply, "we'll handle it." When we got home, my wife noticed that the firearm had a red trigger lock still on it, one that can only be removed in-store. So, I called up to the store and asked for James, by name. I heard him speaking over the radio and his response was as if, he had no clue who I was. He was apparently "busy" with other customers. I left my number and I am awaiting for a return call. This will not be the end, I can promise you that.
