I waited 5 hours and 10 minutes for an oil change....

I waited 5 hours and 10 minutes for an oil change...an oil change!...I needed my USB port fixed as well (main reason I went there) and they did not look at it as the man servicing me said to just purchase a hyundai brand charger and that would fix it. I then go to get it at the end of my incredibly long stay to find hyundai do not make the chargers for my hyundai ioniq on the android...go figure!
So the main thing I went in for was not seen too and I was ultimately told to come back and book another appointment to have the USB port looked at...that's odd seeing as that is what I came in for today!!!
The reason I purchased the added platinum warranty was for issues like these to just be taken care of! what a huge waste of money!
So now I am left with either leaving it and just accepting my car won't run my android auto or booking another appointment and bringing my tent to pitch up inside the hyundai dealership.
Love having my day hijacked and then ruined.
