Found a pair of speakers and chose the 3 Easy Paym...

Found a pair of speakers and chose the 3 Easy Payment Plan. Sales Associate calls me 3 days later to tell me that they are unable to process my order with 3 payments, and that if I sill wanted to purchase the speakers, I would have to pay full price up front. They would not tell me why I could not purchase on the Payment Plan.
I was referred to Sweetwater by a very good friend of mine in California and I am highly disappointed. What is the point of offering your customers payment plans, then telling them that they can't do the payment plan and then that I have to pay it all up front? Was expecting better service but sadly, it was terrible.
