Spectrum was my first serious job, Got to work with knowledgeable people at that time(5+ years back) to expand my knowledge, They had a great team, Don't know about now... If going for a job in spectrum things to consider, I was in tech so commenting on tech

*) Best place in Kochi for fresher to learn skills, knowledge and gain experience.

*) All the Department(tech - software) Head is knowledgeable(Sinu, and Thomas sir back in days)

*) Don't expect a stellar salary, But pay is good for a fresher(might have changed in 5 years - mostly not)

*) The Dreaded Bond, In my 3 years in spectrum i have seen couple of fight for bond with employees and company, They are serious about the bond.(That instill fear in persons - fear of unfair or fare repercussions)

Spectrum Started my career, It has been awesome ever since, Most who leave spectrum have been successful in career as far i know.
