Call bells not answered/shut off remotely; female perineal care not done properly/poorly; food not what was ordered and replacement meals never provided; left in bed all weekend even though I asked to get up; daily hygiene not given until noon on the weekend and only because I asked did they provide me the chance to clean myself. Some employees in direct care were rude and can t be bothered. RUN.
