Amy McLaughlin Review of Midiway
I m just trying to share my experience!
I m just trying to share my experience!
I was so impressed by the staff that I had recently received that I couldn t help but leave a review
(I was on a flight from Chicago to Austin at 6am Monday the 4th just in case the the airport actually reads these) the care and attention I got was the best I d ever got in a airport from (the guy at sky check in who kept telling me I got you and took a lot of fear away he was wearing a beanie but maybe a lot so I m sorry I didn t get his name)to the moment I got on the plane. I didn t get the names but it was the first time I ve traveled since I became disabled, I needed a wheelchair and the gentleman who helped me get to my gate and everything with that was phenomenal. (He is definitely some one who has been doing this forever and did it well he seemed to work mornings if anyone knows who I m talking about) he cared for me so efficiently that I knew I was going to get on my plane and I didn t have to worry about a thing. Going through security not being able to walk also scared me but I had a woman just pat me down and check everything but I didn t have to actually stand up. People were gawking but I could care less as long as I didn t fall on my face trying to walk or stand through the security line.. She was so nice to me and I ve definitely never had that before. I do not care about any other reviews Midway is a tight knit family among certain people and I felt safe, cared for and secure throughout the whole process and I doubt many others could ever say that about an airport.
If any one knows who I m talking about please please tell them thank you a million times from a scared and anxious flyer!!!
