Purchased a recliner here recently. It just came in. It's too soon to comment on the durability of the furniture, but it seems fine for now. Opted to pick up the chair with a friend and his truck. Was a bit nonplussed when it took over a half hour to get someone to help back at the loading dock, mostly because my friend with the truck had somewhere else to be. But overall, I was pleased with the no pressure sales process, and the furniture came in on order faster than I'd expected.
