I wish i could give star in minus (-) , one of the...

I wish i could give star in minus (-) , one of the worst exchange service i had encountered in Kuwait and GCC, They say instant transfer but that never happens, i am waiting for my amount to get credited since last 3 days and you enquire with the staff in Al Mulla Exchange first of all they are not at all friendly and disciplined they are rude and arrogant and every time they have only one reply to all the queries that is Server down.
