This review is based on my apartment seeking experience at this location. I do not live here yet.
This community was one of a very few that I was able to reach someone over the phone on the 1st try. I spoke to Marcus Tolliver, who was very nice and accommodating in answering any questions I had. I was actually able to schedule a viewing of the floor plan I was interested in for about an hour later. They are not accepting guests into the office due to COVID so the application process is completed entirely online, which was simple enough.

FYI: this is a place you apply for only after you are 100% sure you want to live here. I say that because at the time you submit your application you will not only pay the application fee but also the security deposit for the unit.
