First day here and it is literally terrible. When we arrived we were told the Expedia reservation was wrong ( Never has happened before with Expedia). They told us their records show our two 17 year olds as infants, even though you manually enter the ages into Expedia. They ended up putting a hold charge of 400 dollars !!!! On our card Then once we got our rooms we found out they put our rooms two floor apart, yet they can t even change it. We had long talks with one of the server boys by the pool who told us the hotel probably had 1,000 less people then max capacity. Yet they still will not give on connecting rooms. They told us the best they can do is TRY to give us rooms on the same floor. They ended up getting us to go away by telling us to give them an hour to check which rooms are available. Not to mention how crummy the food by the pool was. The nachos were freezing cold and the burritos are terrible. Do not recommend.
