Do not buy from this company!!! They have no suppo...

Do not buy from this company!!! They have no support what-so-ever. We are a business that sells and repairs computers. Some of our clients own businesses of their own. A Lenovo we bought from B&H went bad within 3 months of being bought. We checked our invoice from B&H and noticed they neglected to put the return policy/warranty/contact information on the details.

We had to spend over an hour tracking down who to contact to get this solved due to holds and transfers. After 2 calls in a row trying to find out what is going on with a product we had sold to a business that we RMA'd we were told it was lost being transfered to their "repair shop/manufacturer" and they'd get back to us. After 1 week we took the liberty of spending our working hours to call them back. Still no idea where the Lenovo was at.

I originally got a guy named Israel and he handed me off to a guy named Ian. Ian told me to hold and came back after 8 minutes saying he couldn't even find our product and they'd call us back. After waiting till the next day I called back and got Myer. I was put on hold for 28 minutes by Myer who again said he couldn't find our product,transfered the call again. 13 minutes later Jake got back to me and eventually found the product. After talking with Jake we were told we'd get our product back after 4-6 weeks. This wasn't on the RMA we recieved, it wasn't on their website and it wasn't discussed when we E-mailed them to get the RMA. When we called it was discussed that we'd get the Lenovo back "soon."

We told them we could have the job done in 2 days if they just sent us the part (HDD). They insisted we trust them and send it back. This is one of the worst run arounds I've ever experienced. After waiting 1 month I asked for a supervisor. I was told I'd get a call back, 4 days later I've still not recieved a call/voicemail from a supervisor and called them back. I came to realize that the "supervisor" was talking to me previously and handed me off to a service desk person. I was talking with Myer and explained that I asked for the supervisor previously. Myer told me the supervisor was Israel who was the original guy I talked to. I'd suggest that anyone who deals with this company be warned, They will take their time even when you don't have the time to waste. We ended up taking a loss on this and giving our clients one of our laptops in exchange because they needed something to work on and B&H wasn't getting the job done. Over all we could have had this laptop fixed, all of the data back on it and back to our customer in 2 days maximum. I expect a company of this size to work as hard as we do if not harder.
