Went with my son and spent a fortune on admission, rides, toys, and food just to be refused a cup of water at the eatery that ripped me off on their disgusting food. To be refused a cup of water on a hot day by an embarrassed teenage while being shot a dirty look by a manager who probably couldn't bus tables at my restaurant is absurd. The zoo was mediocre and tries to charge you for something every 15 steps, which I was fine with until the water cup incident.
