I just left the service department at Academy Ford...

I just left the service department at Academy Ford. Even though I had made an appointment, and taken time off work to be there, they did not have the recall part (airbag) needed. This after I had made the appointment on a day that was not my first choice, because the scheduler told me that they only had 6 airbags in stock, and if I did not make the appointment asap, I might have to wait for the part to be ordered. Now I have to wait for the part to be ordered anyway, and will end up taking the car in at the beginning of the school year, which is a terrible time for me to do such errands. They seem not to recognize the inconvenience multiple trips creates.
