I brought my, almost 6 month old, deaf puppy in 2 days ago after arriving home from work to see a very large abdomen and uncomfortable demeanor. We knew they take the animals in order of severity and they did get Bo in quickly. Due to covid protocol, I had to wait in the car, but the doctor called me from inside to fully inform me of what was going on after receiving bloodwork and X-rays. She gave me options regarding him needing to stay overnight or going home after receiving care. After providing the emergency treatment he needed, the doctor called me back to say she thought it was safe to go home with him. I am happy that they did not try to push an overnight stay at all. The doctor was completely informative and honest. The nurse who took care of Bo was great and did well with him despite his hearing impairment. I will definitely go again should the need arise.
