Jose was very helpful and took the time to educate me about a couple appliances. I also appreciated the fact that I got a detailed text about my technician prior to the appointment that included a photo. They also sent information about their covid precautions prior to the appointment and the technician wore a mask. Not all companies are doing this and I will spend my money with companies that care about their customers health and safety.
