The worst food in the restaurants and the worst customer service. Paid $365 a night and they treated us like criminals. After being here an entire week, when our credit card did not go through, they locked us out of our room. We came back at night after a dinner out with friend to find our lock on the door. the security came and they informed us that we can go in to grab a few things.... My husband went downstairs and took care of the issue immediately while the security guard waited outside the door while I was inside the room guarding me. They made me feel horrible. Is this a 4-star hotel? NO!!!! Bad service where they embarrass yo like this after you spend over $2000 with them. We will never return.
