Tried several warranty companies, whenever I had a problem in the car , they tried to find an excuse to get away of repair, now I have EFG, its completely different concept , had a problem in my rack axel , contacted EFG , rep was professional and knowledgable, he approved the diagnosis and offered extra service to be added , my car fixed in 2 days, paid only my deductible, thanks EFG , wish you keep the excellent service
