The Miami-Jacobs Career College in Troy,OH - Serenity Spa is the most unprofessional place I have ever had to deal with. Due to their closing yesterday I drove to Troy for an appointment I made almost a week in advance only to have to find out they were closed and hadn't received a phone call or e-mail because according to them "we hadn't printed off any clients contact information because we figured we would have school" ... so because you assumed you would have school you inconvenience your clients and then tell them the best you can do is reschedule them? SO unprofessional and completely disrespectful to your clients. NOT going to be going back and I will make sure I make aware the others even considering it.
