Eh! The Russian Tea Room has been on my New York list forever and we finally went for tea. The place itself is worthy, nice plush red Russian feeling. Service on the other hand felt pretty Soviet, and as ones who go to tea where we can find it, I have to say theirs could and should be better. If it's on your list, go. If not...
