This hospital is a shame. I had an appointment in cardiology and nobody was wearing a mask knowing that cardiovascular disease are a major risk factor and that the mask is compulsory in the transport and even in some streets in Rotterdam.
Then the cardiologist was supposed to give me a call but apparently he forgot the phone appointment.After many calls to ne able to reach the poly cardiology department they finally reschedule the phone appointment for today at 11:00 it is almost 1:00 o clock and still no call from the cardiologist.
When I call the department they told me that they do not know if he will call me or not and that they cannot do anything about that!
What a joke! All what matters is money.
Maybe you need to be Dutch to be cured.
