I got into a car loan with them a year ago. Was paying on time for about 9 months then I lost my job because I had a baby and fell behind about three payments. Even though I was terrified about what they d say I called them let me know what was going on and they worked with me to catch up on my payments. I m all caught up . On top of that PAULA is AWESOME!!!!! Also, in the past year of being with them they regularly report to my credit and have helped my credit score jump over 100 pts in a year! If you don t have the best credit and need to build it work with them!!!!! I m saying my credit was TRASH and they approved me and worked with me and actually got my credit up!
